Emma came to us through Alberta Boxer Rescue, as a puppy mill breeder was starting to see the light; realizing that he could no longer care for his dogs properly.  Emma much like Bryce she was only with us for a very short while. 

When Emma showed up at our place, she was a pretty sad looking puppy.  At 2 years of age you could see every rib and she was missing large patches of her hair.  Emma also had no idea how to play.  All she wanted to do was cuddle with a human friend on a couch as far from the other dogs as possible.  After some time and some love she is now very outgoing with people and other dogs.  My sister and her family adopted Emma, she now has a large yard to play in, a warm and comfortable place to sleep and family that loves her.
