Cooper is co-owned by
his breeder, Deborah Schenher of
Bayridge
Boxers, to whom I owe a great debt of gratitude, and myself. Cooper
was the first Champion for his Dam Ch. Paintedc Madison on the Ridge,
finishing at a tender age of 6 months and in only 5 shows (two 3 point and
one 4 point win). Cooper has never looked back taking 3 Best Puppy in
Shows, along with numerous Group, Puppy Group, and Breed Wins. Two of
Coopers three sisters have also finished from the puppy classes, Ch.
Bayridge’s First Debut and Ch. Bayridge’s Opening Act . If it hadn’t been
for an unfortunate incident Coopers third sister would have also easily
finished, making his mom a DOM from her first litter, and out of only 5
puppies.
In the ring Cooper is
an outstanding little man although don’t try telling him he is a little
man as he truly thinks he’s as large as the largest Dane. Cooper has
flair, presence, and he loves to show off. Put this together with a
balanced front and rear, a perfect top-line, incredible tail-set, a nice short back, a good
head and bite, overall balance, impeccable movement, and good overall
breed type and you get – well
you get a Multi Best Puppy in Show Winner with judges comments like “Now
this is what a Boxer is supposed to look like, and I have never seen a dog
float around the ring like that”.
Cooper is never happier than when he
is working! Cooper has been a joy to work with in Obedience.
Cooper has a very high play drive and wants nothing more than to figure
out how to win his reward. In protection, Cooper shows a very strong
nerve, high fight drive, and solid defense and prey drives. Cooper
is an extremely high energy dog that hits extremely hard, commits
totally and bites full and hard every time.
We are especially proud of all that Cooper has accomplished
because he has been exclusively owner/handled.
